The National Parkinson Foundation's fourth annual Moving Day® NC Triangle fundraising walk, is scheduled to return to Koka Booth Amphitheatre in Cary, NC, on Saturday, October 29, 2016.
Moving Day®, A Walk for Parkinson’s, is our chance to come together and win the battle against Parkinson’s disease. Join us by doing Whatever It Takes To Beat Parkinson’s®, walking, stretching, dancing, doing yoga, or tai chi in our signature Movement Pavilions. Together we can raise funds and awareness while celebrating the importance of movement for us all.
Moving Day® NC Triangle will feature a family friendly walk course, a kid’s area, a refreshments and a Resource Pavilion featuring physicians, organizations, and vendors who can help you on your journey with PD. Last year, Moving Day® NC Triangle raised over $200,000 to help improve the quality of care for people with Parkinson’s disease. Funds raised at the walk with support free national resources and programs as well as fund vibrant programs in North Carolina.
Moving Day® NC Triangle will take place at Koka Booth Amphitheatre at 8003 Regency Pkwy, Cary, NC. There will be clear signs for parking. See the Map Here.
