Welcome to My Personal Page
Hi there my name is Bernice I am 45 years old and was diagnosed with Parkinson's in September of 2014 at age 39. I am a wife a mother and a Parkinson's warrior. I am proud to say that I have the most loving and supportive family and friends. This walk is so important to me because moving when you have this disease is so important. I joined the gym over a year ago and it has helped me so much and so I am participating in Moving Day® Broward, benefiting the Parkinson's Foundation.
The event will be a fun-filled, family-friendly event for all ages and abilities. We will be able to enjoy a variety of movement activities like yoga, dance, Pilates, Tai Chi, boxing, stretching and much more and celebrate the importance of movement in our lives.
Please consider being a part of my team or sponsoring me, and I encourage you to get your friends, family and coworkers involved.
Thank you for helping me reach my fundraising goal to support the vital work of the Parkinson's Foundation.
