As most of you know, I lost my dad to Parkinson's on October 31, 2016. I miss him more than words can say. He was my best friend. Please join me in walking or donating in his memory. Let's put a stop to this disease so someone else doesn't have to suffer like dad or hurt like me from losing him.
I am participating in Moving Day® Cleveland, benefiting the National Parkinson Foundation Ohio, on Saturday, June 17th, 2017.
The event, taking place at the Wade Oval at University Circle, will be a fun-filled, family-friendly event for all ages and abilities. We will be able to enjoy a variety of movement activities yoga, dance, Pilates, Tai Chi, boxing, stretching and much more and celebrate the importance of movement in our lives.
Please consider being a part of my team or sponsoring me, and I encourage you to get your friends, family and coworkers involved.
Thank you for helping me reach my fundraising goal to support the vital work of the National Parkinson Foundation.
