Neal Lorio, Living My Best Life Each Day!
I am participating in Moving Day® Baton Rouge, benefiting the Parkinson's Foundation, on Saturday, April 25, 2020, at BREC Highland Road Park. I have been diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease and at first my family and I felt helpless and feared the unknown. We now are making the most of each day living our best life with the community and support we have found through the Parkinson's Foundation.
The event will be a fun-filled, family-friendly event for all ages and abilities. We will be able to enjoy a variety of movement activities like yoga, dance, Pilates, Tai Chi, boxing, stretching and much more and celebrate the importance of movement in our lives.
Please consider being a part of my team or sponsoring me, and I encourage you to get your friends, family and coworkers involved. I am fighting just like my son John Paul has fought since he came into this world at 1 lb 12oz. He is now almost 7yrs old and is my main reason for fightin the progression of this disease that still has no cure.
Thank you for your prayers first and any help would be appreciated for me reach my fundraising goal to support the vital work of the Parkinson's Foundation to help others not feel alone and fearful of the unkown.
