Welcome to My Personal Page
I'm reaching out again in hopes I can convince a few more of you to open up your wallets and/or pocket books to donate to this year's Parkinson's Foundation NC Triangle Moving Day event.
If you are on this list you are a treasured friend or family member. Many of you knew my Dad (the late great Michael Reingold) who suffered with the disease for years before his passing.
Because of Dad, I've been involved with the Parkinson's Foundation for quite some time on the Moving Day planning committee since 2015. I've met some amazing folks in this group - people currently living with PD, incredible doctors from Duke, UNC and Wake Med all trying to find a cure, physical and occupational therapists working with patients and of course the caregivers doing their best to support loved ones on a daily basis.
This year's event is on Saturday, November 2, 2019, at Dorothea Dix Park in Raleigh so the time is now to donate.
The day will be a fun-filled, family-friendly event for all ages and abilities. We will be able to enjoy a variety of movement activities like yoga, dance, Pilates, Tai Chi, boxing, stretching and much more and celebrate the importance of movement in our lives.
Again, please consider being a part of my team or sponsoring me!
Thank you in advance for helping me reach my fundraising goal to support the vital work of the Parkinson's Foundation and helping to make someone's life with Parkinson's better now.
