Gregg's Gang

Welcome to our Moving Day® Team Page

Dear Family and Friends,

Here we again! It's been a year since we did our 1st walk for Parkinson's Disease at Moving Day Boca Raton so we are now out there again looking for walkers to join our team and help us to raise donations for the National Parkinson's Foundation.

In the United States, 50,000-60,000 new cases of Parkinson's disease (PD) are diagnosed each year, adding to the one million people who currently have PD.

As you may know, Gregg has been diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease and each and every day has become a challenge for him.   As a result, we have become active in the National Parkinson's Foundation and are working diligently towards helping to raise awareness and funds in an effort to find a cure or at least methods to control this progressive and debilitating illness.

Together, we can do all that we can by supporting our Moving Day Team, Gregg's Gang, on November 16th.  We ask you to give of yourselves by joining and contributing to our team and to enlist everyone you know to also participate and/or donate to this extremely worthy cause.

The local National Parkinson Foundation (NPF) Moving Day® walk is the first nationwide grassroots campaign that spotlights the disease on a national level and gives us the chance to raise awareness and funds in our own community. Your support will help NPF continue improving the quality of care for those living with Parkinson's disease.

This event takes place on the FAU Campus and will be a fun filled, family friendly event for all ages and abilities. We will be able to enjoy a variety of movement activities including yoga, dance, Pilates, Tai Chi, stretching and much more and celebrate the importance of movement in our lives,
