I will be participating in Moving Day on October 12, 2013 and I would like you to join me. No, I’m not asking you to help unpack boxes that still remain in our garage as the result of our recent move to our Veronica Home, but instead to be involved with an issue that I am truly passionate about: Parkinson’s Disease.
The event will take place October 12, 2013 (8:30AM to 1:00PM) at Mason Park in Orange County.(more details to follow) It will be a fun-filled, family-friendly event for all ages and abilities. We will be able to enjoy a variety of movement activities yoga, dance, Tai Chi, stretching, walking, entertainment and much more. We will celebrate the importance of movement for good health in our lives plus promote Parkinson’s awareness.
Please consider being a part of my Tremble Clefs team and/or sponsoring me.
