Sorry for the last minute notice. I was having some technical difficulties. Because of this and the fact that things have been extremely hectic this year we will not be participating in the actual Moving Day walk. We are still asking for donations to support this wonderful cause. Please consider donating whatever you can in honor of my man, Bob Voll. He was diagnosed with Young Onset Parkinson's a few years ago. He has been through a lot this year. He has been through five surgeries this year, and is shocking all his doctors and physical therapists with his extraordinary recovery from knee replacement surgery a month ago. His family and I put together a team, "Bob's Brigade", last year to help raise money for this great cause continuing their research and helping support groups. Next year will be a big year! We will be participating in the walk and we hope that all our family and friends will join us the day of the walk.
Thank you to all of our friends and family who generously donated last year. We really appreciated the support and hope you will consider donating again.
Why Get Involved
The National Parkinson Foundation (NPF) continues to bring help and hope to the estimated one million people in the United States, four to six million worldwide, who are living with Parkinson’s disease. NPF is the only organization with a singular focus on improving the quality of care in Parkinson’s disease. NPF programs reach more than one million people a year through its network of 39 chapters, 43 Centers of Excellence and 900 support groups. Since 1982, NPF has funded more than $164 million in care, research and support services.
