NPFHawaii MOVING DAY 2014... Hana Hou Team Phil-UP !
Captain's Log 081514:
I am participating again in Moving Day Hawaii, benefiting the National Parkinson Foundation Hawaii on Saturday, October 25th, 2014. This year the event will take place at Honolulu Hale Civic Grounds and will again be a fun-filled, family-friendly event for all ages and abilities. Enjoy a variety of movement activities such as yoga, dance, Pilates, Tai Chi, stretching, and more. Celebrate the joy and importance of movement in our lives. Enjoy and be inspired by live music and speakers. A variety of display booths will expand your awareness of available support resources and local programs for those who are living with Parkinson's, and those who are caring for them.
