**Note: As the day nears, i will send out an email requesting your address so that I can send those of you who will be participating some red MovaDopa pins to wear. While you can come and go as you please, and walk with your own teams, groups, family & friends, please wear this pin and make sure to say HELLO! to your fellow MovaDopa's who will also be there that day!"

I'm so excited about the upcoming very 1st! annual event in LA and our team that is already beginning to grow! As you know my specialty is treating those with Parkinson's Disease. Over the years I have met some amazing people including patients, their families, and caregivers, who have taught me alot about life. This is a way for me to give back and encourage and inspire others to do the same.

MovaDopa is not only a team but also a team of teams!  So join and bring your support groups, exercise groups, church groups, friends and family to be part of MovaDopa! We are a group  who  is passionate about the well-being of others. We are a team of friends, family, caregivers, neurosurgeons, physical therapists, physical medicine and rehabilitation specialists and really just anyone who believes in the value of physical activity and exercise.

There is also a 1K and 5K ! If you are a patient of mine, I hope you will increase your physical activity and work with your physical therapist with the goal of participating in the 1K by October.

There is no registration fee and donations are optional. Join the team even if you will not be able to attend and join me as  a virtual cheerleader for everyone involved!
