In honor of my cute husband, I am participating in the Moving Day Chicago walk to benefit the National Parkinson Foundation.
Todd was diagnosed with Young Onset Parkinson's Disease about two years ago. He is feeling really good and doing very well. He stretches multiple times a day and exercises several times a week. There is no way to stop the symptoms of PD, but exercising regularly can delay many symptoms. Todd works hard and makes me proud!
The walk will take place at the Grove 2 at Lincoln Park in just a few weeks. It's a nice walk along the lake. You should totally join us!
Todd and I both benefit from the work of The National Parkinson's Foundation. We really appreciate any support, especially by walking with us, making a donation, and keeping us and all PD patients in your prayers.
Love, Lori Ann
Why Get Involved
The National Parkinson Foundation (NPF) continues to bring help and hope to the estimated one million people in the United States, four to six million worldwide, who are living with Parkinson’s disease.
Thank you for helping me reach my fundraising goal to support the vital work of the National Parkinson Foundation.
