I am participating in the Miami Moving Day Walk for Parkinson's on the PARKE DIEM team, benefiting the National Parkinson Foundation (NPF) South Florida on Oct. 7, 2012. This cause is very important to me--I have worked for NPF for almost 4 years and I am inspired on a daily basis by people living with Parkinson's disease.
The event will take place at Bayfront Park and will be a fun-filled, family-friendly event for all ages and abilities. We will be able to enjoy a variety of movement activities yoga, dance, Pilates, Tai Chi, stretching and much more and celebrate the importance of movement in our lives.
Please sponsor me and help NPF fulfill their mission of improving the lives of people living with this disease. If you live in Miami, come walk with me!
Let's get moving!
