This fun and inspiring event will highlight the importance of movement and exercise as a treatment for Parkinson’s disease. In addition to a family-friendly walk course (1 mile and 5K option), we will also have a Movement Pavilion housing activities like yoga, tai chi, dance and pilates – all proven to help manage the symptoms of PD.
There will also be a Resource Tent where participants can gather information and speak with various vendors regarding resources available to assist with the challenges faced by people with PD.
Join our team and help raise awareness and funds for research and support. Invite family and friends to join us as well. The more the merrier!
TOGETHER WE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE!
