Mr. Clifford Thomas Dibble
My name is Jennifer and I am the Team Dibble Captain and participating in the Moving Day Orlando Walk, benefiting the National Parkinson Foundation Central Florida Chapter on April 5th, 2014.
My father was diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease in 2007 and has always been a hero in my life. I have seen him struggle and have always been very sad about his condition. I live in Orlando and my family lives in Atlanta so I do not see him very often. After not seeing him for six month, I recently just spent a week with a him and have cried everyday about my father and his Parkinson's Disease. After watching the Michael J Fox show, I decided to stop being sad and take action against this awful disease.
I am asking for support and donations in honor of my terrific, wonderful father. I am strong minded and determined to raise money to fight Parkinson's. Please consider sponsoring me so I can make my dream a reality, which is my father walking me down the aisle at my wedding.
Why Get Involved
The National Parkinson Foundation (NPF) continues to bring help and hope to the estimated one million people in the United States, four to six million worldwide, who are living with Parkinson’s disease. NPF is the only organization with a singular focus on improving the quality of care in Parkinson’s disease. NPF programs reach more than one million people a year through its network of 39 chapters, 43 Centers of Excellence and 900 support groups. Since 1982, NPF has funded more than $172 million in care, research and support services.
Thank you for helping me reach my fundraising goal to support the vital, important work of the National Parkinson Foundation.
