I am participating in Moving Day® Broward, benefiting the National Parkinson Foundation and my father Henry Martin and my Aunt Elisa Dalman-Hess on Sunday, May 7th, 2017.
Many of you know how much the local chapter of the National Parkinson's Foundation has benefited my father Henry and Aunt T (Elisa) who both have Parkinson's. They both benefit from all the daily activities the local chapter of the National Parkinson's foundation provides. The event is taking place at Nova Southeastern University in Davie Florida.
If we can all donate $10 then our team goal of $5000 will be met. Of course if you can donate more we will meet our goal much faster.
Boxing, speech therapy and many other activities are free to people with Parkinson's. The local chapter is the only place in the country where Rock Steady Boxing is free. Please consider being a part of my team or sponsoring me, and I encourage you to get your friends, family and coworkers involved.
Thank you for helping me reach my goal to support the vital work of the National Parkinson Foundation.

Why Move for Moving Day?
Did you know that someone is diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease every 9 minutes in the United States? No one should have to face Parkinson’s alone. That is why the National Parkinson Foundation provides a community of support to give people the resources and help they need to live well with Parkinson’s.
Support our mission to help every person diagnosed with Parkinson's live their best possible life now. Your gift will help us fund better research, better treatment and better lives.

Aunt T Second day back
It is truly amazing to see Aunt "T" go the entire hour only sitting down for a rest for a couple of minutes. The force in which she hits the speed bag. the equipment is all donated and the classes are free to the People with Parkinson's Disease.
