Dear Friends and Family:
As most of you know I was diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease five years ago. I've learned and experienced the powerful benefits Parkinson's patients receive from exercise programs, support groups and seminars -- most of which are provided with little or no charge.
Now for the second year I have an opportunity to raise funds to help finance Parkinson's programs and research With your support we can help the National Parkinson's Foundation whose mission is to improve the quality of care for people with Parkinson's Disease through research, education and outreach.
I have again formed my team SHAKING NOT STIRRED to participate in the Moving Day Cleveland walk which will be held on June 17, 2017. Taking place at the Wade Oval at University Circle, this will be a fun-filled, family-friendly event for all ages and abilities. We will be able to enjoy a variety of movement activities yoga, dance, Pilates, Tai Chi, boxing, stretching and much more and celebrate the importance of movement in our lives.
I'm asking you to help by joining SHAKING NOT STIRRED. You can contribute online using the links below or, if you prefer, you can mail me your check payable to National Parkinson's Foundation Ohio. If you'd like, you can come to the event, enjoy the programs and activities and walk with Ginny and me.
if you have questions or would like additional information, please let me know Thanks very much!
