I am participating in Moving Day® DC , benefiting the National Parkinson Foundation, on Saturday, June 3, 2017. I'm attending Moving Day DC in honor of my grandfather, Saverio Procario (aka Pop-pop), who passed away this past March due to Parkinson's. As someone who lost a loved one to this disease I enourage you to either donate or participate to this event. Your support means that you are helping in bringing us one step closer to curing this horrible disease. Thank you so much for your support of this cause.
The event will take place at the National Sylvan Theatre (Washington Monument Grounds) and will be a fun-filled, family-friendly event for all ages and abilities. We will be able to enjoy a variety of movement activities yoga, dance, Pilates, Tai Chi, boxing, stretching and much more and celebrate the importance of movement in our lives.
Please consider being a part of my team or sponsoring me, and I encourage you to get your friends, family and coworkers involved.
Thank you for helping me reach my fundraising goal to support the vital work of the National Parkinson Foundation.
