I am participating in Moving Day® San Jose, benefiting the National Parkinson Foundation, on Saturday, June 3, 2017. Because this event means so much to me, I have joined the planning commitee for this event since 2015. I also love that a portion of the money raised from this event comes directly back to my community to sponsor Parkinson's related community programs.
The event will take place at Evergreen Valley College and will be a fun-filled, family-friendly event for all ages and abilities. We will be able to enjoy a variety of movement activities yoga, dance, Pilates, Tai Chi, boxing, stretching and much more and celebrate the importance of movement in our lives.
Please consider being a part of my team or sponsoring me, and I encourage you to get your friends, family and coworkers involved.
Thank you for helping me reach my fundraising goal to support the vital work of the National Parkinson Foundation.
I am also participating in a Push-Ups for Parkinson's Event to raise money for this walk during April (Parkinson's Awareness Month), where I will be doing 20 push ups every month. To learn more, watch my video here: https://business.facebook.com/SynapticPT/videos/1894636904083757/
