Team Wild Willy will be participating in Moving Day® Tampa Bay, benefiting the National Parkinson Foundation, on Saturday, April 1st, 2017, at the University of South Florida.
I recently volunteered at a community fair, it was amazing how many had not heard of the National Parkinosn's foundation and of all the support they give to PD patients and family. I was truly humbled by the people I met with PD and thier families.
We are walking for and with my husband Bill Jones who has had PD for several years. This will be our 3rd year walking, with our family and friends.
The event will be a fun-filled, family-friendly event for all ages and abilities. We will be able to enjoy a variety of movement activities yoga, dance, Pilates, Tai Chi, boxing, stretching and much more and celebrate the importance of movement in our lives.
Please consider being a part of our team or sponsoring , and I would love for you to encourage your friends, family and coworkers involved.
Since we don't have a Team shirt wearing a light blue t-shirt would be great.
Thank you for helping us reach my fundraising goal to support the vital work of the National Parkinson Foundation.
Chris and Bill Jones
