The National Parkinson Foundation (NPF) is teaming up with the Parkinson’s Action Network (PAN) for Moving Day® DC! Together we will continue to expand our footprint with a special focus on research. PAN will have a tent where we will be calling on our Members of Congress to support the Advancing Research for Neurological Diseases Act (H.R. 292/S. 849).
All participants at the walk will have an opportunity to email their Members of Congress to ask them to create a national data collection system for Parkinson's disease and other neurological disorders. After you send your email, we'll also take your picture and ask you to share it on social media to spread awareness and move others to act for PD!
