About the Forum

The 2012 Minnesota Parkinson's Diease Forum is a collaborative effort by Parkinson's disease organizations and many of the state's top physicians and staff at three movement disorder centers in the Twin Cities.  This two-day conference, focused on topics chosen by people with Parkinson's and their caregivers, provides opportunities to learn from experts in the patient and patient-care communities about the wealth of resources and research that are available here in the Upper Midwest.
